Winder Machine Operator-$16/hr 1st Shift- ADA, MI

 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Setup of press machine with dies for upcoming jobs. 
  • Load bands and coils using a hoist
  • Complete necessary QA checks using precision measurement tools 
  • Complete paperwork and enter information into the computer.
  • Will operate bandsaws and plasma torch to cut materials off of the machine
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs
  • At least 1-2 years of machine operating experience
  • Forklift experience
  • Detail oriented 
  • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting knowledge

In this role, you will be trained to set up and operate unique machines that form steel coils into tubes.
