Job Description

Welder, $20.00/hour-1st shift Holland 
 
Workbox Staffing is hiring Welders who believe in leadership, Innovation and are committed to customer relationships for a Holland area company specializing in personalized design services and in-house engineering.  

Required Qualifications: 
  • Previous Machine Operation experience. 
  • Ability to read work instructions and follow directions 
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. as a part of a job rotation.  
Skills:
  • Properly load components into machine welders or fixtures to produce quality parts. 
  • Work on an assembly line and be able to meet production goals. 
  • Inspect assemblies for correct number of welds, component parts, and overall quality of parts.  
  • Ability to work as part of a team. 
  • The Welder will be responsible for effectively welding seating components while achieving the specified rate and ensuring that quality parts are produced.
