Warehouse Lead, $19/hr. – 2nd Shift - Hanahan, SC

Responsibilities: 
  • Evaluating the workload and assigning employees to tasks as needed.
  • Promoting, advocating, and maintaining a high safety standard
  • Correctly assessing priorities to manage time, space, resources, and personnel
 
Skills:
  • MUST have forklift experience- heavily preferred.
  • Must be a team player who is willing to jump in and do what is needed to ensure business is running efficiently and smoothly.
  • Must know how to delegate AND know how/when/why to jump in to get things handled efficiently while operating as a team player.
 
As a Working Warehouse Lead, the right candidate needs to understand this is not a “delegate and then go back to desk” or “delegate then stand and watch” position. This is someone who can intellectually handle a fast-paced environment and make unbiased assessments of their subordinates while sharing the values of the company and culture.
