Job Description

Truck Technician, up to $27/hr, Pontiac MI
 
Are you interested in working for a leading manufacturer, distributor and fleet sales expert of premium truck bodies?! Then look no further! 
 
Qualifications: 
Basic mechanical knowledge
Basic welding skills, electrical wiring, hydraulics, etc.
Ability to operate power hand tools
 
Skills:
Follow all safety rules and comply with all PPE requirements.
Install truck bodies, body cranes, bumper crane, plows. etc.
Mount hitches, shelves, drawers
Install ladder racks, mud flaps
Install back-up cameras
Train mechanics as needed
Other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager
 
A Truck Installation Technician at Reading Truck works under the direction of the Shop Supervisor to complete the installation of specialty truck equipment such as dump bodies, crane bodies, bumper cranes, etc. After your time with Workbox, you will be considered for hire-in!
