Job Description

2nd Shift – Trim/Saw Operator - $16.85/hr - Benton Harbor Michigan
Rotating 12 Hour shifts

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work overtime 
  • Regular and punctual attendance
  • Comfortable working in a team and able to get along with coworkers
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and develop skills
 
Preferred Skills:

  • Required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties upon request of the supervisor.
  • When necessary, participate in classes and training seminars to learn new technologies and techniques deemed helpful to performance on the job.
  • Ability to lift 40LBS
  • Ability to operate machinery.
  • Ability to stand 12 hours
  • Ability to move, bend, twist.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
A typical day working at this company looks like working rotating 12 hour shifts, 3 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off. There are lots of opportunities for overtime! You will work in a very warm enviornment with metal shavings and dust.
