Job Description
TIG Welder, 1st Shift $18-20/hr - Ada

Preferred Qualifications:
- Assemble and Weld components per customer specifications
- Accurately measure and mark the component’s location length
- Use of precision measuring devices including calipers, check fixtures, depth gauges, micrometers, etc
- Monitor for material and process quality while recording required readings
- Use band saws and plasma torch to cut materials as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills:
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs
- At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing
- Desire to cross-train and learn
- Detail-oriented
- Read and use tape measure
- Read and understand blueprints
- Use standard tools to assess products produced
- Read and use verniers, calipers, height gauge, etc
The individuals in this role will be providing support to neighboring departments to achieve company goals regarding production. In this position, you will be responsible for welding aluminum/steel components together 100% of the time.
