- Collaborate with clients to understand their energy needs, preferences, and RV
- specifications to design optimal off-grid solar solutions using Renogy products.
- Utilize your expertise in solar energy and power systems to recommend the
- Renogy products, configurations, and installations.
- Prepare detailed system design proposals, including solar panel layouts, battery
- storage solutions, charge controllers, inverters, wiring diagrams, and other
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support during client
- consultations and meetings, helping them effectively communicate the value of
our solar solutions.
- Conduct thorough feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analyses for the proposed
solar system installations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory
changes to ensure that our solar solutions are up-to-date and compliant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product
development, and customer support, to continuously improve our solar solutions
based on customer feedback and changing market demands.
- Provide post-installation technical support and troubleshooting assistance to
clients, ensuring their solar systems operate optimally.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of project details, specifications, and
communication for future reference.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related
field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and implementing solar energy
systems, particularly for RVs or mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of solar components, including solar panels, batteries,
charge controllers, and inverters, along with their integration into power systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software for generating solar system layouts and wiring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative
and effective solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, sales
teams, and cross-functional colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and
- Familiarity with RV systems and a passion for sustainable energy solutions
