Material Handler, $17.50/hr – Dexter MI

Workbox Staffing is hiring Material Handlers in Dexter, MI.
 
For this position, you will be responsible for assisting both production and warehouse by transporting incoming products to the designated workstations, transporting products from the workstations to the shipping area, packaging up products for shipment, and picking orders as needed. This is a physical job that involves the use of dollies, electric pallet jacks, and occasionally a forklift.

Qualifications:
 
  • Have worked in warehousing or material handling before.
  • Able to pull a 50 lb. dolly.
  • Must be physically fit and able to do a lot of walking.
  • Desire to grow with the company.
 
Duties:
 
  • Help with general warehousing duties.
  • Help package the product up for shipment.
  • Transport products on a dolly or pallet jack to the designated work areas.
  • Pick orders as needed.
  • Help with other duties as assigned.
