Sales Representative, Up to $23/hr, Trenton, MI

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare quotations
• New customer development
• Perform customer follow-up
• Visit customer sites and help resolve problems or concerns
• Facilitate new orders with plant manager and vice president.
• Do projects as directed by the president and plant manager.
• Assist plant manager
• Prepare quality documentation for new parts
• Member of the quality committee
• Perform all duties detailed in quality & environmental procedures
• Responsible for all appropriate Quality + Environmental Systems policies and procedures

Requirements/Education:

• Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail and accurate
• Ability to travel and work evenings. Weekends and holidays
• High School diploma (English read/write, basic math skill)

The primary responsibly is to maintain clients on current payment status, accelerate cash flow, research, and reduce delinquent accounts. Handle both internal and external client inquiries by working efficiently with other team members to gather pertain information as it relates to specific customers/accounts. Individual will be responsible for the resolution of customer disputes and timely receipt of payments.
