Job Description

1st shift - Quality Specialist - $22/hr - Grand Rapids, MI

 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Must possess strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.)
  • Must be able to multitask, work independently and in a team setting.
  • Comfortable accepting responsibility for medium scale projects involving multiple resources
  • Must be a self motivator
  • Ability to put together formulas on excel and dissect analytics to create a work plan.
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. A bilingual candidate is a plus!
  • Must be proficient in Word for Windows, Excel, Powerpoint, as well as other software and clinical delivery applications.
  • Analytical ability necessary to gather information and prepare reports and summaries.
  • Proficient typing and word processing skills necessary for the creation and compilation of various documents, communications, and reports.
The Quality Assistant position is responsible for the clerical duties necessary in the Quality Department which can include: phone calls, emails, processing paperwork and filing. You will need to have knowledge of several computer software applications including, but not limited to; Excel, Epic, Word for Windows, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams, which is critical to this position.You will also be responsible for dissecting data analytics and creating work plans. This reputable company wants permanent employees!
