Quality Control Manager, Up to $25.00/hour - 1st shift - Elkhart, IN

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of previous machine and facility maintenance experience is required.

• Conduct quality planning activities, such as developing control plans, FMEAs, & PPAP documentation.

• Oversee daily part inspection activities.

• Read and interpret blueprints

• Conduct  layout activities for the customer

• Complete first-piece inspection and document results.

Skills:

• Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues and provide recommendations for solutions.

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Must be able to follow written and verbal directions and be able to comprehend operational procedures.

A day in this position: Coordinates daily, short term and long-term activities of the Quality Department.  Ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement. This is a temp-to-hire position!
