Job Description
Production Associate, $16.50 - Saline, MI
Are you looking for a company that promotes from within, offers pay increases, and offers benefits once hired in? Are you looking for a company that genuinely cares about you? If so, the search is over!
Responsibilities:
● Previous manufacturing or production experience
● Willing to be trained to drive a forklift or Hilo (experience is a plus but not required)
Qualifications:
● Computer literate (basic computer operation)
● Able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
● Have prior manufacturing experience
● Able to work overtime when needed
You will read the recipe for the batches, and grab the necessary bags of minerals for the batch that are required by the recipe from the warehouse. Once you get the material, you will slice open the bags and pour them into the designated areas. You will also help stack pallets with finished products and will be expected to help manage the warehouse by moving things around as necessary, cleaning, and do what is asked by the supervisor on duty.
