Production Associate -  2nd Shift - $17/hr -Saline, MI

Responsibilities:
  • Read and follow batch recipes to gather the required materials from the warehouse.
  • Retrieve and handle bags of minerals, slice them open, and pour them into designated areas for production.
  • Assist with stacking pallets of finished products.
  • Help maintain and organize the warehouse by moving materials, cleaning, and completing tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
 
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Basic computer literacy for operational tasks.
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is required.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for following batch recipes to retrieve the required bags of minerals from the warehouse. After gathering the materials, you'll open the bags and pour the contents into the designated areas. In addition to this, you’ll assist in stacking pallets with finished products and help maintain the organization of the warehouse by moving items, cleaning, and performing tasks assigned by the on-duty supervisor.
