Production Operator - 1st Shift $15.50/hr, Lansing, MI

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work 
  • Can work overtime. Working 7 days a week!
  • Can read, write, speak, and understand English (2nd languages are accepted, but instructions and orientations are in English)
  • Can pass a background check and drug screen 
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous manufacturing experience helpful 
  • STRONG work history! 
  • Able to lift 25lbs repeatedly 
  • Basic math, counting, and English skills 
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment 
  • Other duties as assigned 
 
You will be working in a team to help produce automotive parts for GM, Ford, and Rivian. 
Main responsibilities include quality checks, basic math/writing skills for reporting finished parts, machine operation, rework, and physical labor such as pulling excess pieces away from the finished product.
