2nd Shift - Production Worker, $15.75/hr - Cadillac, MI

You’ll be roughly finishing the surface of castings and preparing them for shipment. Great benefits once hired in!

Qualifications:

- Follow designated safety procedures (such as Lock Out Tag Out)

- Handle rough castings from container, this often requires tugging and pulling to arrange individual parts for proper grinding

- Fine trim castings with pneumatic roto-filing burr removal tool while lifting castings with one hand and operating the tool with the other hand

- Adjust positions of belts on motor and pulleys to increase rpm when grinding wheel wears down

- Lift, sort and inspect castings

- Perform related setup and housekeeping duties, including wrenching, sweeping, shoveling, and other related tasks

Skills:

- Manufacturing experience preferred

- Lifting between 5 to 75 pounds

- Ability to work in hot/loud environments
