Production Specialist, $17.15/hr. – 1st Shift – Greer, SC


Duties and Responsibilities:
· Load and unload product for processing as well as sorting all inbound keg loads
· Assist warehouse and production team in inventory counts; shipping and receiving
· Repair product to include rebuilding valves, repairing empty beer kegs, removing or fixing stickers,
· Repairing chimes, decanting, and test for quality to make sure kegs meet customer specifications
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment; utilize the 5S model of lean manufacturing practices:
· Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain
· Develop competencies in a variety of warehouse-related jobs
· Work as part of a team to maximize productivity and efficiency
· Identify ways to improve and promote efficiency and quality
· Manage keg inspection and sorting projects

· Minimum 4 years of production/warehouse experience

The Production Specialist reports to the Production Supervisor and is a key member of our “Customer Ready!” quality team. This position’s primary role will be responsible for working the production line as well as supporting the Production Supervisor to ensure the ongoing repairs and maintenance of reusable stainless-steel kegs concerning quantity and quality.
