Job Description
Production Operator, $18.30/hr- 3rd Shift – Kalamazoo, MI
Are you eager to learn a trade?
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Can complete a background and drug screening
- No experience needed
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and overtime
Skills:
- Previous manufacturing experience helpful
- Strong programming and computer skills preferred
- Can communicate effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Can Maintain a safe and clean work environment
This position operates on a 3 days on, 4 days off schedule, then switches to 4 days on and 3 days off. You will be working Thursday, Friday, Saturday, then Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday on 12 hour shifts from 6p-6a. The production operator is responsible for operating extrusion equipment. There is a strong possibility to get hired into the company!
