Production Laborer 1st shift, $15.00/hour - Holland 

Workbox Staffing is hiring Production Laborers in Holland. Will be operating stamping presses, robotics welders, tube lasers, grinders, and other machinery to cut and fabricate steel products. 

Skills:

• Demonstrates proper usage of grinder, machinery, or hand tools. 
• Evaluates steel pieces to determine quality standards.
• Works independently and within a team on projects. 
• Communicates with supervisor, production, quality, and other personnel for assignment and to resolve quality issues. 
• Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly.
• May perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read work instructions and follow directions is required. 
• Ability to recognize and perform quality checks.
• Must be organized, thorough, and detailed oriented.
• Previous grinding or machine operation experience is required. 
• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs as needed.
• GED or High School Diploma is required. 
• Ability to use calipers and a tape measure is required.
