Paintline Supervisor - $18+/hr – 1^st Shift - Fruitport

A company specializing in the original equipment manufacturer that produces steel laboratory and office furniture is seeking a Supervisor to join their cabinet assembly department! This is a 1st shift position from 5:55am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday.) Overtime will be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working on a powder coat line
Prior experience as a production supervisor or similar role
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Work and Outlook

Preferred Skills:

Organize daily workflow for cabinet assemblers
Supervise painting, loading/unloading of parts from paintline
Monitor efficiency and manage daily production goals
Train new employees
Supervise paint/powder employees
Coordinate with other departments
