Packaging/Baking Laborers, $14/hr – 2nd Shift - Muskegon

A local company that specializes in the production of customized, artisan, and specialty breads is seeking Bakery Laborers to join their growing team!  This is a 2nd shift position starting at 2:00pm-10:00pm (Monday-Friday.) Overtime will be required.


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Ability to do repetitive tasks throughout the entire shift. 

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs repetitively throughout the entire shift. 

  • Must be able to work overtime and on weekends as needed.

  • Must be willing to cross-train on different production/packaging lines.

 
Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to follow written and verbal operational and safety procedures. 

  • Responsible for mixing and preparing dough to be baked. 

  • Responsible for taking bread out of pans and packaging it.

  • Will package breads in boxes to be stored or shipped out.

  • Must be able to meet required production quotas for the day. 

 
Bakery Laborers will measure, mix, wrap, label, and package various breads, rolls, and sub buns. This is a full-time temporary to permanent position.
