Overhead Crane Operator, Up to $17.50/hr. – Taylor, MI

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience operating an overhead crane
• Experience working in manufacturing is a plus
• Experience working in the steel industry is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to use heavy duty overhead cranes to move large steel products
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of different steel types

The primary role of the crane operator is to load coil stock into machines for processing, loading and unloading of truck traffic in a timely manner, retrieving stock to be processed and safe handling and storage of steel stock.
