Job Description
2nd Shift- Op Tech, $19.20/hr- Elkhart, IN
Do you have excellent mechanical skills and are looking for a company to grow

Responsibilities:
- Operate thermoform machines, inspect parts and pack parts, train packaging
- technicians
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement
- Machine readiness – inspect machinery, equipment, and tooling prior to set-up.
- Identify issues, which adversely affect product requirements and communicate with
- appropriate department personnel for resolution.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
- Identify nonconforming materials/products and work with the shift leader for resolution.
- Must have excellent mechanical skills and demonstrated history
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment to produce thermoformed parts to
- specification.
Preferred Qualification:
- High School diploma
- Attention to detail
- Ability to pass vision test including Visual acuity-corrected vision of at least 20/40:
- peripheral and depth perception
- Basic Math, Computer, and Mechanical Skills
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Proven ability to work independently
- Other Physical Requirements: bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, twisting,
- standing for long periods of time and visual acuity test
- Reading, Writing, Calculating
Ready for a day in the life of an Op Tech; A 2nd shift position, operating thermoform machines, inspecting parts, packing parts, and training packaging technicians.
