 Office Administrator, up to $26/hr - 1st Shift - Holland
 
Calling all office administrators! If you are seeking a job in office administration, we have a great one for you!

 Qualifications: 
  • Willingness and desire to learn and grow within a company.
  • Organizational skills is a must.
  • Reliable transportation to from work every day.
 
Skills:
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Previous experience in accounting is required. 
  • Pervious experience in bookkeeping is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is required.
 
In this role you will be working will accountant to complete accounting functions such as payables, receivables, general ledger, closing month-end reports. Other duties required are processing invoices, packing slips, customer contact and answering phones, purchasing, and shipping.  You will be considered for Hire-in after your time with Workbox Staffing!
