We are seeking Molders for Night Shift.  Hours are 7:00pm-7:00am. Overtime is flexible and can be worked before or after the designated shift times.   

• Previous manufacturing experience is required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively is required

• Able to read and interpret a variety of written procedures, part numbers, and operational instruction sheets 

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Ability to work overtime is highly preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• Operate molding machines in a safe manner at all times 

• Monitor equipment in your area of responsibility for adverse conditions and advise supervision of these conditions 

• Operate molding in your area of responsibility for adverse conditions and advise supervision of these conditions 

• Maintain a high productivity level within your area of responsibility 

• Keep mold sprayed correctly 

• Visually inspect castings
• Maintain effective communication with subordinates, peers, and supervisors
• Ensures that safety procedures and operational procedures are being followed
