Material Handler, $17.00/hr  – 1st Shift - Muskegon

A local Muskegon company is seeking a Material Handler to join their team on 1st shift! Hours are 6:00am-4:30pm (Monday-Thursday) Overtime as required on Fridays.

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • 2 years of forklift experience is required
  • Ability to use scanners and read work orders
  • Ability to track incoming and outgoing products
  • Responsible for stocking and pulling products from shelves
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Follow all safety standards put in place by the company
  • Ability to stay on forklift for most of shift
  • Ability to stay on task
  • Open to developing alternative solutions to problems to management
  • Must be able to work in a hot environment
 
Forklift Operators will be responsible for pulling and stocking products, helping load and unload trucks, and following all safety standards put in place.
