Maintenance Part Time, $15-17 DOE– 1st Shift – Howard City, MI

Building Maintenance- If you enjoy being self motivated this is the position for you!

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Must have good communication skills 

• Able to take care of 40 rental units 

• Complete tent orders in a timely manner 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in plumbing/heating/electrical

• Lawn Care 

• Experience in inventory 

• Basic computer experience in bookkeeping 

In this role, you will be taking care of the 40 rental units as well as the outside of the building. The company is looking for someone who has a good work ethic, and a good attitude and is a team player with great communication and can work on their own with little to no supervision.
