Job Description

Maintenance Technician, up to $23/hr - Ann Arbor, MI

Do you have any property maintenance experience? Are you looking for a new opportunity? If so, this is the place for you!

Qualifications:

Must be able to repair things like furnace, do basic carpentry, etc.
Must be willing to do what is asked
Must be comfortable with helping with things like snow removal, lawn, and other maintenance tasks

Skills:

Previous maintenance experience required

A day in the life at this company for this position consists of showing up and working from anywhere from 8:30am-5pm M-F. In this position, you’d be mainly responsible for performing maintenance duties at a co-op facility. They are looking for someone for the long haul and you have the potential to get hired into the union! This is an amazing opportunity with a constantly growing company!
