Job Description

Maintenance Technician, up to $28.00/hr – 2nd Shift - Holland
 
A local Holland company that specializes in high performance colors and additives is seeking a Maintenance Tech for the 2nd shift team! The company not only does on-the-job training but even has extra incentives for those willing to learn more!
 
Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift up to 70lbs. 
  • Ability to stand through the whole shift.
  • Willingness and desire to learn and grow within a company.
 
Skills:
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience. 
  • Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, machining, plumbing, fabrication/welding and cutting preferred.
  • Basic industrial math skills
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair
  • Mechanical repair aptitude, capable of changing seals, bearings, and extruder screws. 
  • HMI and PLC troubleshooting, programming, or repair experience. 
 
 
Install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, building structures and grounds. Support UCC philosophy focused on facilitating the growth of the organization, continually improving quality, and driving to a world class safety environment.
