Preferred Qualifications/ Responsibilities:
• Performs tooling repairs on dies, fixtures, and any equipment that may need
machined repairs.
• Must be able to program the machine with the latest Hurco software
• Assess die damage and/or wear and investigate repair alternatives.
• Troubleshoot Problem Dies, Processes, etc.
• Participate in corrective and preventative actions and gather information from
• production and Quality Control employees.
• Use appropriate measuring gages as needed.
• Operate all department equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by the production supervisor.
Preferred Skills:
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the
essential duties satisfactorily.
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints, including basic geometric
dimensioning and tolerance.
• The individual must have the skills and experience in the operation of all the
equipment in the assigned area.
• Must have above-average written and oral communication skills.
Ready for a day in the life of a Machine Programmer; A 1st shift position, working on the machines, performing all necessary tasks, and working with the team. Temporary to hire opportunity!
