1st Shift - Machinist CNC Grinder/Mill Operator, $18+ - Cadillac, MI

On a daily basis, CNC Grinders inspect or measure finished workpieces to determine conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as gauges or micrometers.

Qualifications:

- Follow detailed instructions to complete work activities such as blueprint reading and interpretation

- Work in a mildly loud environment 

- Able to work over time

- Observe machines operations to detect any problems and make adjustments as necessary

- Lift and position workpieces, manually or with hoists, and secure them in hoppers or on machine tables, faceplates or chucks using clamps 

Skills:

- Knowledge in E2, Autocad and Mastercam

- Previous CNC experience

- Able to use calibers, micrometers, and general toolmaker tools
