A growing Holland manufacturer specializing in the production of automotive parts is looking for Machine Operators for multiple shifts.

Machine operators remove part(s) from the mold and are responsible for inspecting molded parts as required. 

Skills:

• Must be able to operate appropriate equipment and assembly processes.

• Follow written Work Instructions and quality procedures.

• Complete daily production reporting paperwork.

• Responsible for maintaining housekeeping.

• May rotate task responsibilities and learn all tasks within the area.

• May operate a lift jack.

Qualifications:

• Ability to safely up to 55 pounds is required 

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• GED/High school diploma is required

• Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills are required 

• Understand and execute company standards for quality

• Strong attention to detail is required
