Lead Operator Inspector II $18.75/hr - 3rd Shift - Belmont, Michigan

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to operate a variety of injection molding presses across different product lines in accordance with the Work Instructions.
- Ability to learn the various kinds of common molding defects and become an expert in recognizing quality issues.
- Train new employees and act as a mentor to others
- Ability to accurately record production data
- Ability to use ERP system (IQMS) to find information and to record data
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Inspection
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to lift to 15 lbs on occasion.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and ERP system (IQMS)
- Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication
Our client is a plastics manufacturer who produces safety products. Job duties would include tending to plastic injection mold machines and assembling small parts. General inspection of parts to ensure quality
