Installer, $16 - Flint, MI

Qualifications:
  • Previous work experience in an assembly environment.
  • Experience in the truck equipment industry or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of meeting timed job standards and completion goals.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  • Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Able to lift up to 75lbs
 
Responsibilities:
  • Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Meet production standards efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong mechanical background with hands-on experience.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrate progressive assembly line capabilities.
  • Work safely in a production environment, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Utilize hand tools, including pneumatic and battery-operated tools, for various installation tasks.
  • Operate a cutting torch for precision cutting and modifications.
  • Use overhead cranes for lifting and positioning heavy equipment and components.
  • Employ grinders for metal finishing and adjustments.
  • Handle a plasma cutter for cutting and shaping metal parts as needed.
