• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred 

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively is required 

• Able to read and interpret a variety of written procedures, part numbers, and operational instruction sheets  

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Will be working in the grinding/finishing departments 

• Will be using belt grinders and various grinders/hand tools to smooth out finished parts 

• Ensure that safety, operational, and job traveler documents are being followed

• Uses gauges to ensure completed products meet customer specifications

• Responsible for ensuring that work station is organized and cleaned throughout the day  

Working as part of a team to fill molds with molten metal, grind finished parts, and inspect parts for quality defects. This is a 1st shift full-time temporary to permanent position.
