Production Laborer $15.00/hour-1st shift, - Benton Harbor

Are you into problem solving and have a can do attitude? Then this is right up your alley! 

Skills:

• Demonstrates proper usage of grinder, machinery, or hand tools. 
• Evaluates determine quality standards.
• Works independently and within a team on projects. 
• Communicates with supervisor, production, quality, and other personnel for assignment and to resolve quality issues. 
• Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly.
• May perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read work instructions and follow directions is required. 
• Must have knowledge of machinery and tools within the department.
• Must be able to adapt to a changing work environment and be able to handle frequent change. 
• Ability to recognize and perform quality checks.
• Must be organized, thorough, and detailed oriented.
• GED or High School Diploma is required. 

Will be in a Production position with a variety of styles of machines and equipment.
