Job Description

Die Setter, Up to $23.35/hr – 1st Shift - Walker, MI
 

When Hired-In - Tuition reimbursement, 75% profit share, education perks, PTO and more. 


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Ability to follow established instructions and quality standards
  • Ability to properly set up dies following current standardized set-up instructions.
  • Must perform accurate reporting of production quantities 
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to complete entire die changeover from last piece to first piece in a safe and efficient manner
  • Trained as Stamping Press Operator and is capable of running a press as necessary.
 
Preferred Skills: 
  • Ability to accomplish die sets, press operations, and troubleshooting of stamping processes in a methodical manner.
  • Basic math skills 
 
In this position, you will be responsible for working with a team to do changeovers from one part to the next. This position is vital to the workflow in this production facility.
