Customer Service Representative, $20/hour, Day Shift, Romulus MI

We are seeking a hardworking reliable candidate for a Customer Service Representative position to join a growing company who is eager to invest in the right candidate. This is a temporary to hire position that offers the opportunity to grow with the company.

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or customer service in a warehouse environment.

• Previous experience communicating with customers.

• Strong computer skills (Excel, E-mail, Microsoft Word)

Skills:

• Must be proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

• Strong communication skills to talk with customers.

• Knowledge of basic warehouse and shipping/receiving operations

The Customer Service Representative plays a very important role in the overall process of their business. The duties for this position are to communicate with customers by phone and e-mail to ensure business operations are running smoothly. You will be responsible for scheduling shipments.
