Customer Service Representative, Up to $18.00/hour – Elkhart, IN

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • 1+ years of customer service experience 
  • Must have previous experience working with computers 
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Must have excellent attention to detail 
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to answer phones and take customer orders
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
  • Ability to work with customers on corporate sales orders 
  • Ability to call customers to follow-up on orders
  • Ability to process sales orders
 
 
Ready for a day in the life of a CSR?  A 1st shift position answering phones calls, greeting visitors, inputting customer information into systems, handling all customer service needs, and taking care of general office administrative needs on a daily basis.  This is a temporary to hire opportunity!
