Customer Service Representative

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide product support, solutions, and additional product information.
- Keep up to date with product and service information.
- Help resolve technical issues where possible.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma or preferably a college degree
- Must be Intermediate level in using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
