Customer Service Associate, Up to $19/hr, Detroit, MI

- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Good computer/technology skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Read and understand work instructions.
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for coordinating paperwork for inbound and outbound orders with 3rd party trucking companies, as well as monitoring the paperwork through internal and external tracking software. The CSA is also responsible for checking prepared orders which can require the use of scanner tools and other warehouse equipment. Occasional overlooking of warehouse staff when the Warehouse Supervisor is busy. The CSA's time will be split interacting with Truck Drivers, verifying loads, and entering the data into various systems. A strong computer familiarity is an important key to success, specifically with office programs like Outlook, Word, and Excel!
