Customer Call Center Representative, $16.00/hour – Dexter MI 

Enjoy talking on the phone and helping people solve problems. Then this job is for you. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

1. Answer all inbound phone calls
2. Answer inbound phone requests from clients in a timely fashion
3. Document customer interactions properly
4. Provide accurate information to customers using online resources as needed

Preferred Skills:

1. Superior customer service skills
2. Strong problem-solving capabilities
3. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers
4. Strong computer aptitude

As a Customer Support Technician, you will be talking with customers on a daily basis helping to resolve   complex vehicle repair in the automotive industry. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
