Job Description
Compounder, Up to $20/hr – 1st shift - Kalamazoo

Preferred Qualifications:
- Food manufacturing or compounding experience helpful, but not required.
- 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Skills:
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
- Ability to utilize tablet and internal company software for daily work.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lb. on an occasional basis.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. on regular basis
The Compounder role ensures quality and accurate compounding of flavors to be packaged and shipped to customers. The Compounder sets up and operates production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guideline, and reads and interprets formula instructions to select, position and secure machinery.
