Chemical Mixer, $17-18/hour, Wayne, MI

We are seeking a hardworking reliable Chemical Mixer to join a locally owned, growing company eager to invest in the right candidate. In this position you will have the opportunity to learn how the critical role of the Chemical Mixer performs to ensure that production at this growing company stays on schedule.

Functions and Requirements:
- Keeping inventory of Chemicals
- Weighing out, preparing, and sampling of Chemicals and Mixtures
- Housekeeping a clean work area
- Forklift driving at times
- Willingness to learn Chemical Mixing
- Working with with Scales in bakery, Paint, and ink mixing experience
- One year of related experience
- Valid drivers license
- Able to follow safe practices
- Must be comfortable working around chemicals
- Lifting from 25-50 pounds repetitively
- Standing for 8-10 hours a day
- Must be able to work overtime when needed
- Strong work ethic
- Show up to work on time
