Job Description

CNC Operator, $18/hr - Columbia City
 
Do you want to help surgeons perform surgery!? Do you love to have the ability to work overtime as you want instead of being mandated? Would you like to work in a climate controlled super clean environment that allows you to do all of these things? Look no further!
 
Qualifications: 
  • Basic Machine Operation experience/prior CNC experience
  • Must be able to stand for entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs 
 
Skills:
  • Able to read measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape measures, and gauges
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to understand blueprints/written work instructions
  • Basic understanding of computer programs
 
In this role you will be helping keep production moving by loading and unloading materials into the CNC machine to create a finalized product. You may also assist with assembly of finished products and send them to be shipped out. Positions available on 2nd and 3rd shift. Workers will be considered for Hire-in after their time with Workbox Staffing!
