CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator, $25 up to $30/hr - Sterling Heights, MI
 
This is an opportunity to grow with a company that wants you for the long haul (This role is temp to hire)!
 
Qualifications: 
  •  Experience running CNC lathe
  • Must be comfortable with doing setup and programming
  • Must be comfortable with doing changeovers
Skills:
  • Must be able to meet physical requirements and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to read blueprints
  • Experience with Mazak CNC machines preferred
  • Attention to detail

A day in the life at this company for this position consists of showing up and working 7am-5:30pm Monday through Friday. In this position, you’d be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating Mazak CNC Lathe machines. In this machine shop, you’ll be mainly making automotive forge tooling. This is a great opportunity for someone to put their knowledge to work and grow with the company, they are aiming for someone to retire with them!
