Workbox Staffing is looking for an Entry Level Business Development Representative for our Kalamazoo Office. As an entry-level Business Development Representative, you will be spending the majority of your time meeting current and potential Clients face to face, conducting worksite evaluations, prospecting leads through cold calling, multiple marketing channels, and team collaboration. You will be our Clients first point of contact and will work closely with your Branch Manager on retention, referral business, relationship building, and Social Networking with new and existing Clients. You will be engaged with financial forecasting and determining targets and goals specific to your territory.

What it takes to succeed in this role:
Great work ethic
Willingness to make +150 outbound phone calls per week
Able to develop strong relationships with clientele.
Accurately evaluate Client needs for staffing.
A desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment
Ability to travel locally 80% or more of your week outside of the branch
Demonstrate strong communication, written, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Work with the Branch Manager, Recruiters, and Sales Team to identify top accounts.
Computer competency about Gmail, Excel, and CRM System Software
Expand and maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and acquire referrals, sales leads and new business.
Self-motivated, driven, and flexible to increase territory sales
Paid Training will be provided
Degrees and Certifications:
Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree preferred, but not required
