Job Description
Buffer and Polisher - $16/hr. - 1st shift - Elkhart, IN
Working in the Musical Instrument Industry is awesome!
Specific duties:
Utilizing appropriate machinery to polish and buff parts and bells
Follow M.O. directions
Follow Work instructions
Maintain labor reporting
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Regular Attendance
Patience
Quality oriented
Previous Buffing and Polishing are preferred
Skills:
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
Ability to stand for an entire shift
Ability to apply the pressure needed to adequately polish and buff parts and bells
Frequently fingering and grasping, occasional bending and stooping,
squatting/crouching reaching, pushing, pulling
Ability to make judgments, perform repetitive work, attain set tolerances, and perform a variety of duties
Exposure to noise, vibration, and dust
