Job Description
1st Shift- Batch Plant Operator, $17/hr – Coopersville, MI
Workbox Staffing is hiring Batch Plant Operator in Coopersville, Michigan.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Collaborate with the quality control team to inspect each batch of product to ensure a quality mix is being produced
- Preparing the plant for daily operation.
- Operate the plant computer systems
- Order and maintain inventory of plant parts
- Maintaining maximum production
- Translate orders to control mix design
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills:
- General knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Be comfortable working with hand tools
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Be able to stand on feet for shift
