A leading Holland manufacturer of precision CNC edgebanders, boring machines, saws, and routers are seeking a skilled Assembly/Maintenance Technician to join their team! Apply today!

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assemble and install CNC edgebanders, boring machines, saws, and routers according to engineering specifications and company standards

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems to resolve issues promptly

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and reduce repair costs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus

• Proven experience in assembly and maintenance of CNC machinery or industrial equipment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and machinery

As an Assembly/Maintenance employee, you will be responsible for assembling, tuning, repairing, and training customers on CNC controlled machines. The equipment is primarily for woodworking, plastics and aluminum. A typical day would consist of machine assembly, performing quality control checks, tuning machines for accuracy, training customers on machine use, repairing machines out in the field, and installing machines at customer locations. After your time with Workbox, you will be considered for hire-in!
