• Ability to work as part of a team 

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred 

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred 

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repetitively is required 

• Works effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high-quality standards 

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area  

• Examined and discard defective parts 

• Package good parts per specs into boxes or specified packaging 

• Ensure the machine is operating properly 

• Communicate suspected problems or changes in production/quality to the supervisors as needed

A growing Grand Haven manufacturer of mechanical and electromechanical systems for automotive, transportation, and appliance industries is seeking Machine Operators to join their dynamic team on 2nd shift!  Work as part of a team to ensure quality parts are produced and/or assembled by conducting visual inspection and gauge inspection of parts produced by the machine while meeting efficiency requirements.  This is a full-time temporary to permanent position.
